Ordered from a third party

If you ordered from a third-party e-commerce store (like Amazon), please follow their return process. If you face any difficulty processing your return, message us and we'll assist you.

Condition for returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
• Custom and made-to-order bedding is non-returnable unless faulty.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving the return.
